Ammunition quality control equipment. Built by ammunition manufacturers.
Compact, high-performance, reliable systems that feed, sort, weigh and inspect every case, projectile and loaded round at line speed. Designed and assembled in the United States by a team that has been making ammunition for more than three decades.
Four systems. One inspection line.
Each one runs on its own. Together they take a mixed bin of brass and turn it into boxed rounds that have been fed, sorted, weighed and inspected, with every result recorded.

AccuFeed
A feeder that clears its own jams.

AccuSort
Mixed brass in. Sorted by headstamp, primer size, caliber and length out.

AccuWeigh
Every round weighed to a tenth of a grain. Nothing out of spec leaves the building.

AccuVision
A virtual case gauge for every round, at 6,000 to 10,000 rounds per hour.
The number one concern of every ammunition manufacturer is shipping out-of-spec ammunition.
A round that leaves the building out of spec means returns, recalls, damaged firearms and hurt customers. Our systems were designed on the production floor by people who load ammunition, using Six Sigma methods, to take that risk off the table at a cost that works for a small loader and a global manufacturer alike.
Compact enough to fit an existing line, fast enough to keep up with it and built to run unattended. Off-the-shelf or built to your line, designed and assembled in the United States. Headquartered in Texas and Arkansas.
How a round gets inspected
Feed
AccuFeedA self-clearing collator presents every case or projectile the right way up, at up to 3.4 per second, and shuts off when the hopper is empty.
Step 2Sort
AccuSortA camera reads every headstamp and the case is kicked into the right bin: by brand, primer size, caliber, colour or length, at up to 28,800 cases per hour.
Step 3Weigh
AccuWeighEvery round is weighed to a tenth of a grain. Missing primers, light or heavy charges and wrong components fail and are pulled.
Step 4Inspect
AccuVisionEvery dimension is measured against your spec and dents, dings and surface defects are caught, at 6,000 to 10,000 rounds per hour.
Pass goes to the box. Fail goes to the bin. Every weight is recorded for the life of the machine, and a remote data feed can carry results to a central system when you need it.
Match grade without match-grade component prices.
Sort brass and projectiles to a tenth of a grain, load them with a known charge, then weigh the finished rounds and box like weights together. The total weight of every round in the box is known, so the box shoots like match ammunition made from premium components, at a fraction of the cost.
That is the method, and AccuWeigh is the machine that makes it practical at production volume, with AccuSort keeping the brass sorted by headstamp and lot first.
Tell us what you load. We will spec the line.
Calibers, components, volume per shift and where the system sits in your process. That is enough for us to recommend a configuration and quote it. Delivery is four to six weeks from order on every system.
